Show your support for your candidate by displaying a sign in your front yard! Not allowed in your subdivision? It may be now!

Effective June 18, 2005, Texas law provided that HOA's may not enforce or adopt restrictive covenants that prohibit political signs in the property owner's yard. Permitted political signs include those advertising either a political candidate or a proposition or other items on the ballot and cannot be prohibited during the time beginning 90 days before an election and continuing until 10 days after the election.
